Community Ministry

The Woodstock Bible Church supports several local ministries, keeping them in constant prayer and staying in contact so that we know how to best meet their needs.

Ava Health

Ava Health serves women and families who face unplanned pregnancy, providing them with a “safe, confidential, and judgement-free environment.” Our church directly supports Ava Health through an annual baby bottle drive and by keeping them in constant prayer.

Shepherd’s Door

At Shepherd’s Door women and women with their children find healing through addiction recovery, vocational training, spiritual encouragement, and transitional support in a safe, retreat like setting for one year.

Compassion Connect

Compassion Connect’s mission is to bring churches together to serve their neighborhoods. They specifically focus on helping churches address Community Health, Human Trafficking, and providing Innovative models to do so.

Community Ministry - Oregon Food Bank

Oregon Food Bank

“A generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed.” Proverbs 11:25

We participate in a Blue Barrel Food Drive for the Oregon Food Bank (OFB). The Barrel is placed at the entrance of our fellowship hall and delivered to OFB as soon as it is filled. God provides for us so that we can give even out of our need!

English Classes

English lessons on Sunday mornings using a moral concept and/or story from the Holy Bible. Students will have a chance to improve their skills in reading comprehension, speaking, taking notes, developing vocabulary, and listening.
